ApricusRx  Pharmacy is your Pharmacy choice in South West Florida. Our staff has over 35 years of pharmacy experience servicing skilled nursing, rehabilitation centers, assisted living communities and recently has added Medicine At Home services. 

We deliver patient specific medications to meet facility resident and Medicine At Home patient needs. ApricusRx's pharmacy software is integrated to all commercially available electronic health records  systems (EHR's) and is a fully integrated pharmacy technology solution. ApricusRx has also recently  integrated with many automatic at home dispensing services for your Medicine At Home patients.

At ApricusRx, our goal is to ensure that the transition process is as painless as possible and without interruption of service. ApricusRx's staff has completed hundreds of transitions over the last 25 years with accuracy and efficiency .

To insure a seamless transition, the owner, a pharmacist, will be on-site to ensure that your changeover day with ApricusRx goes smoothly.

Our process

• 1. Before the current pharmacy‘s last day of service, a member of our team will come to your facility and make copies of insurance information and collect demographical documentation. 

  2. Our pharmacy staff will create computerized medication profiles for all the residents.

  3. Our last step is to submit the created profiles to the residents Physician for final approval.

  4. Lastly, our Pharmacy owner, a Pharmacist, will be onsite for a Family Night. At this event we can allay the fears of changing pharmacy's with the residents and responsible parties and put a face to the pharmacy.
